Summary
Open Raids → Old Loot Assignments to find saved loot batches. A batch is a group of awards submitted together. Filters find matching batches, not a list of individual awards. Open a batch to inspect its contents or edit shared details when permitted; use history to see its recorded changes.
What does each result show?
The page heading is Assigned Loot. Each result shows a batch name, or Batch followed by its number when unnamed, along with its item count and any saved raid, raid group, or description.
The time beside it uses the batch's saved date. Where that time is a link, it opens the submitting member's profile. A linked raid name opens the raid detail page. The group link leads to the raid-group editor, where normal permissions apply.
The item count covers records currently linked to the whole batch. It is not reduced to the items matching your filters, and it is not a count of unique item names. Removing an award later can reduce it.
This page is not every character's complete received-loot history. Loot entered directly on a character without a batch will not have its own result here. See Received loot for other history views.
Which filters should I use?

The dropdowns have search boxes for finding an option. Changing a dropdown or date reloads the page and returns to the first page of results.
You can also arrive at this page with one specific batch selected, for example from a raid's Loot Assignments links. The selected batch appears above the filters. There is no batch picker or general text-search box on this page.
What happens when I combine filters?
The batch must satisfy every selected filter, but the matching records can be different awards within it.
For example, a batch gave a sword to Sam and a ring to Alex. Filtering for Sam and the ring can still find that batch: it contains an award for Sam and it contains the ring. It does not prove Sam received the ring.
Likewise, Item Dungeon can match a different entry from the selected Item or Character. Open the batch and check the actual item and recipient before drawing a conclusion.
The result's item count and the batch editor's contents still cover the whole batch. Filters do not turn the editor into a form that changes only matching awards.
How do I clear filters?
Choose a dropdown's blank option or clear a date to remove that filter. When Filter: reset appears above the controls, click reset to clear all filters, including a selected item or batch.
The Item input is not filled with the active selection after the page reloads. Check the selected item shown above the controls; an empty input does not mean the item filter is off.
Reset is not shown for every combination, including dates alone. Clear those fields individually, or reopen Old Loot Assignments from the navigation to start with the unfiltered list.
Which date does the batch filter use?
The list is ordered by the batch's saved date, newest first. This is initially when the batch was created, but Date Assigned in the batch editor can replace it. Backdating individual awards during an import does not necessarily give the batch that same date.
Min Date means after midnight at the start of the selected date. Max Date means before midnight at the start of its selected date, so it does not include that whole day. These comparisons use stored timestamps without converting your chosen dates into local-day boundaries.
To include a day, choose the following date as the upper boundary where allowed. Both date pickers stop at today. If a batch near a date boundary is missing, widen or clear the range.
These filters are separate from the roster's saved Received Loot Filter.
How do I browse more results?
The page shows up to 20 batches at a time. Use the page links below the results to continue. They preserve your filters, which apply across the matching batch history, not just the current page.
There are no sortable headings, column toggles, or CSV buttons here. For supported data exports, see Exporting TMB data.
How do I inspect or edit a batch?
Click its name, item count, or edit link. All three open Update Assigned Loot Details, which requires loot-assignment editing permission. Seeing a link does not grant that permission.
Below the form is the list of linked items and recipients, including OS labels where saved. Item and character links open their respective pages. Opening the form does not change anything; Submit saves changes.
This editor changes shared details such as the batch name, raid, and raid group. Date Assigned replaces the dates of every linked award and the batch's own date; leave it blank to preserve them. The list below the form shows which assignments will be affected.
It is not an editor for changing individual recipients or removing individual awards. For those changes, use the character's loot editor. See Loot assignment for batch editing and Received loot for individual corrections.
What does a loot batch?s audit history show?
Click history beside a batch to open the guild audit log filtered to that batch. This helps trace recorded assignment events and shared-detail changes.
It is not a frozen copy of the original submission. The batch contents show currently linked records, and the audit log does not provide a complete previous-state snapshot of every edit. See Audit log for its coverage and limits.
