How do I disable ads?

Support TMB on Patreon to disable ads for the duration of your subscription. Account updates are handled manually and may take up to 48 hours.

Why can't I see my guild?

Work through these checks in order:

1. Make sure the guild is registered. If you own the guild, register its Discord server. If another person owns it, ask them to confirm that the guild is active on TMB.
2. Check the guild's access roles. The guild owner controls which Discord roles can join under Permissions in Guild Settings. You must be in the guild's Discord server and have an allowed role.
3. Confirm that your browser is using the correct Discord account. Open the Discord web app and compare its account with the account shown on TMB. Sign out of Discord in the browser and sign back in with the correct account if they differ.
4. Sign out of TMB and back in. This refreshes the Discord account and guild access associated with your TMB session.
5. Try a private window or another browser. This can identify a stale browser session or conflicting cookies.

If the guild is registered, your account is correct, and you have an allowed role, ask the guild owner to review Guild settings and permissions. You can also ask for help on the TMB Discord server.

How do I delete a character, member, raid, guild, or other record?

TMB preserves historical records, so most records are archived, cancelled, disabled, or marked inactive instead of being permanently deleted. The relevant editor shows the available action for that record. See Members and characters and Raids and attendance for the most common cases.

Why is the Discord bot offline?

This is expected. TMB uses the bot to read server membership and roles; it does not need to appear online or respond to commands.

Why isn't the Discord bot in my server?

Add the bot while registering your guild, or while changing the Discord server in Guild Settings. You must have permission to administer or manage the Discord server.

What is Streamer Mode, and where are the officer notes?

Streamer Mode hides information that should not appear on a public stream, including officer notes. Use the icon in the top-left corner to turn Streamer Mode on or off.

Why are Discord roles missing or out of date?

The roles attached to a member are cached briefly and refreshed when that member opens the guild. Current Discord roles are then used for access checks.

If a server role is missing from Guild Settings, an authorized member must open the guild's Roles page and select Sync Roles. That action refreshes the list of Discord roles available for guild configuration. For the related access controls, see Guild settings and permissions.

Where are the public loot tables?

Open the public loot tables. For an explanation of their filters and limitations, see Loot table pages.

How do I run a loot council?

TMB provides wishlist, priority, attendance, and loot-history tools, but each guild decides how to use that information and TMB does not enforce any given workflow. You will need to search online for guides suggesting how to run a loot council guild.

What does TMB do?

TMB helps guilds organize wishlists, priorities, attendance, item notes, and loot history. Loot councils can compare what players want with previous awards and other relevant information. Raiders can communicate their goals clearly and review the same records used during loot decisions.

How do I get started?

If your guild isn't already using TMB, start by registering your guild's Discord server. You need Administrator permission on that server. After registration, configure the guild's access roles and other settings, then share the guild page with your members.

Members who are in the Discord server and have an allowed role can join the guild page.

Can I copy my guild to a new guild?

No, unfortunately this functionality does not exist.

Do I need to use Discord?

Yes. TMB uses Discord to identify members, connect them to registered guilds, and control access through server roles.

Guilds commonly create roles such as Guild Master, Officer, Raid Leader, Raider, and Member, then map those roles to TMB permissions. See Guild settings and permissions for details.

What information does TMB collect?

TMB requests the Discord identify and guilds OAuth scopes. During sign-in, it stores your Discord user ID, username, avatar identifier, OAuth access token, refresh token, and token expiry. Discord server membership and roles are also used to determine which registered guilds and features you can access.

Review the Privacy Policy for the current description of collected information and how it is used.

Where did the name “That's My BIS” come from?

“BIS” means “Best in Slot.” World of Warcraft players often claim desirable items by saying, “That's my BIS,” which made the phrase a fitting name for a site focused on loot planning and distribution.

How do I request a feature or report a problem?

Post your request on the TMB Discord server or email lemmings19@gmail.com. Include the guild, page, expected result, and what happened instead when reporting a problem.
