Summary
Open a dungeon or raid under your guild's Loot menu to compare items, wishlists, prios, and recipients. Use Search to find rows and the controls above the table to narrow what you see. For items and sources without guild information, start at the public Loot Tables page.
How do I open the right table?
For guild information, open your guild, expand Loot, and choose the dungeon or raid. Check the difficulty where separate versions are listed.
For a public table, open Loot Tables, find the expansion, and choose a dungeon, raid, or other source. You do not need to sign in.
The public view has item and source information, not a guild's demand or award history. It shares the table layout, so you may still see empty guild-related columns or controls. Those do not provide access to guild data.
What does each column show?

| Loot | The item. Guild tiers can appear beside it when enabled. Heroic and faction labels appear where applicable. |
| Prios | Characters with outstanding prios, grouped by the prio's raid group. The number is their prio rank for this item. |
| Wishlist | Characters with outstanding wishlist entries. The number is the item's rank on that character's list. Linked reward wishlists can also appear for a token. |
| Received | Characters with matching received-loot or recipe records within the date filter. This is not limited to wishlist or prio recipients. |
| Notes | Guild item notes, including officer notes when permitted and not hidden by Streamer Mode. |
| Prio Notes | The item's free-text Priority guidance. This is separate from the named characters in Prios. |
Click an item in a guild table to open its TMB item page. Public-table item links open the external item database. Click a character name to open their profile.
An OS label marks off-spec. An alt label identifies an alt. Where attendance is available, wishlist and prio names can show an attendance percentage and raid count. Hover over a name for more character details or over note to read its entry note.
The small time beside a character comes from when that list or loot record was added, not necessarily when the item was awarded in-game.

How do I search or sort the table?
Type in Search to narrow the item rows. Search can match item names, sources, and searchable text in the other columns, including character information. It can also match text in hidden columns, so a result may not visibly show every word you searched for.
Use quotes around a phrase to search those words together, such as "Quick Strike". Without quotes, the table can match words in different parts of a row. This is not a guarantee that misspelled names will match.
Clear Search to bring back the other rows. Search applies to the loaded table, which has no next-page controls.
Click the boss/source or Loot column heading to sort, then click again to reverse the order. The character-list and note columns are not sortable. Sorting rows does not change any saved wishlist or prio rank.
Where boss or source links appear above the table, use them to jump down the page. These are shortcuts, not filters. A search that hides the target rows can prevent a jump from being useful.
How do I show or hide columns and notes?
Click Prios, Wishlist, Received, Notes, or Prio Notes above the table to toggle that column. Available data still depends on guild settings and your permissions; a column toggle cannot reveal a restricted list.
Long notes have show more… and show less… controls. These expand or shorten the displayed text without editing it.
Column and display changes do not need Save. They do not change the guild's saved records or other members' settings.
What does the Raid Group filter change?
Choose a group to hide other characters inside the Prios, Wishlist, and Received cells. The item rows remain, even if a row has no matching characters left. Choose the blank option to show all groups again.
The group means different things in these columns:
- Prios: the raid group attached to that prio.
- Wishlist and Received: the character's main raid group.
It does not select awards from a particular raid or automatically include every general member of the group. Use raid or loot history when you need to investigate recorded awards.
How do I choose which wishlist to compare?
Use Wishlist above the guild table. Choose a numbered or named list, or All to show entries from all numbered lists. An asterisk marks the guild's current list, which is selected initially.
This changes only the table. It does not change the guild's Current Wishlist setting, move items, or open a locked list.
The table loads outstanding wishlist and prio entries. Entries already marked received are not brought back by choosing All; use the character's profile to review their saved lists.
How do I hide off-spec entries?
Click Hide OS to hide character entries marked off-spec. Click it again to show them. It affects entries inside the character-list columns, not the item rows or saved OS flags.
The OS and Raid Group controls currently change the same displayed names separately. Switching one can reveal entries hidden by the other. Changing the wishlist selection or sorting can also redraw the names. Check the displayed results after combining these controls; do not assume they always remain combined.
What does Received Loot Filter use as its date?
Choose a date and press apply, or use the 1 mo., 3 mo., or 6 mo. shortcut. This limits the records shown in Received; it does not filter wishlist or prio entries.
On this table, the filter uses when the record was added to TMB, not its received date. An old award imported today can therefore appear in a recent-date view even if the award was backdated.
The filter is a saved viewing preference used by supported pages. Clearing the date and applying removes your override; the page then uses its normal default, not necessarily all-time history.
Changing the filter does not delete awards or change their dates. For editing history, see Received loot.
Why is something missing?
Check Search, the selected wishlist, the group filter, the OS toggle, hidden columns, and the received-date filter. An empty cell does not by itself mean nobody wants or has the item.
Guild feature switches and privacy settings can hide wishlist or prio information. A prio display limit can show only the first few entries per raid group. Officer notes also depend on permission and Streamer Mode. See Guild settings and permissions.
Can I edit or export from here?
The edit notes and edit prios links near the heading open separate forms where your permissions allow it. Comparing or filtering the table does not edit those records.
This table has no CSV export button for its current filtered view. Open your guild's Exports page for supported data exports; they have their own scope and do not simply copy this screen. See Exporting TMB data.
