A prio lists who should receive an item first. On a guild dungeon or raid loot page, choose edit prios, select a raid group, arrange the characters, and press Submit.
How do I set character prios?
A wishlist answers a different question: “Which items does this character want most?” A wishlist does not automatically become a prio.
Prios belong to a raid group: a regular team of characters. Each raid group can have its own prios for the same item.
To edit several items:
- Open the dungeon or raid's loot page for your guild.
- Choose edit prios.
- Choose the raid group.
- Add characters under each item and set their order.
- Press Submit to save the form.
To edit one item, open its guild item page. Under Character Prios, choose edit, then the raid group.
You need permission to edit prios, and the guild must have prios enabled. See Guild settings and permissions.
The character picker includes characters who have this as their primary raid group or one of their secondary raid groups. If a character is missing, check their raid group membership.
Use the × beside an entry to remove it, then submit. Removing a prio does not remove the character or their wishlist.
How do ranks and dragging work?
Drag characters into order using the handle beside each entry. When a rank field is empty, TMB uses that entry's position: first is rank 1, second is rank 2, and so on.
You can also type a rank into the number field. A filled number field takes priority over the row's position. Dragging that entry does not change the number you typed.
Equal numbers create a tie. For example, Sam and Alex can both have rank 1, followed by Jo at rank 2. TMB records the tie; your guild decides how to choose between them.
Use clear manually input ranks beneath an item to empty its rank fields. The dungeon-wide editor also has Clear all manually input ranks. These controls keep the characters in place. Review the order, then submit to save ranks based on those positions.
What can I record on each prio entry?

Submit the form to save these changes. Unchecking Received clears the prio marker; it does not remove a recorded loot award.
Unchecking Note only hides the text field. To delete a note, erase its text and submit.
Can I compare prios with wishlists and past loot?
Yes. Beside each item, the editor can show:
- Characters in the selected raid group who have the item on their current numbered wishlist, along with wishlist ranks and other details.
- Related wishlist choices for token rewards, where TMB links those rewards to the token.
- Characters in the group with a received-loot or recipe record for the item.
Wishlist information is absent when wishlists are disabled. The comparison uses the guild's current wishlist number, not all ten lists at once.
The Differences section highlights two cases:
- prio but no wishlist: a character has a prio but no matching wishlist entry still needed.
- wishlisted but no prio: a character has a wishlist entry still needed but no matching prio still needed.
This comparison leaves out entries marked received. It reflects the saved lists when you open the page; it does not recalculate as you edit the form.
A difference is something to review, not necessarily a mistake. The display does not add or remove prios for you.
How can I find items in the dungeon-wide prio editor?
The dungeon-wide editor has boss or source links to jump between sections. Those links and section headings show wishlist and prio counts.
Click an item's pin to move it near the top. Click again to unpin it. Pins are remembered in your browser; they do not change anyone's ranks or your guild's item order.
Changes to prios require Submit. The editor may warn when you leave with changes, but that warning does not save them. The page also shows how long the form can remain open before it expires.
What happens when someone receives an item?
When you record awards through loot assignment, TMB can remove a matching prio or keep it marked received. The guild has a default for this choice.
If the character has the item prio'd in several raid groups, an award updates one matching entry, not every copy. Check the other groups if they also need a change.
When batch assignment removes a prio, it moves later ranks up by one if nobody remains at the removed rank. If someone is still tied at that rank, the later ranks stay as they are.
Marking Received in the prio editor itself only changes that entry. Record the actual award through loot assignment if you want it in loot history.
Who can see prios?
Guild settings can limit prio visibility or show only the beginning of the list to members without full viewing permission. Having a character on a prio does not itself give its owner permission to see a private list.
The first-N setting is not identical on every page. Item pages and loot lists limit the number of entries shown per raid group; some other views use the rank number as the cutoff. Ties or skipped rank numbers can therefore look different between views.
