Open Guild ? Members to find a person and their characters. Click a name to open its profile or editor.
What does the Members directory show?
| Column | What it shows |

| Member | The member's name, Discord username, and available attendance figures. A crown marks the TMB guild owner. Unlock labels show member-level wishlist or loot exceptions. |
| Characters | Characters linked to that member. One member can have several. |
| Notes | Member public notes and officer notes when visible to you. These are not each character's notes. |
| Roles (cached) | Relevant saved Discord roles, including roles mapped to guild access. This is not a complete list of every Discord role. |
Role information can lag behind Discord changes. The page explains that roles update when the member loads a page and may be cached for several minutes. See Guild settings and permissions for access and role synchronization.
The number beside Member counts active, non-banned member records. It is not a character count and does not change with Search. Table result counts can also include special rows such as Unclaimed and archived sections.
How do I search or sort the directory?
Use Search for a member name, Discord username, character name, or other text shown in the table, such as a role or note. Search keeps matching rows; it does not hide the other characters inside a matching member's row.
Put a phrase in quotes to keep its words together. Clear Search to restore the other rows. Search can match text inside collapsed archived sections, so you may need to expand a section to see the matching name.
Click Member to sort the rows and click again to reverse the order. Characters, Notes, and Roles are not sortable. There are no next-page controls, column toggles, or raid-group dropdowns on this directory.
Where are unclaimed and archived records?
Unclaimed contains active characters without an owner. Its number counts those characters. They are part of the guild roster, not temporary guests. Contact an officer to link an existing character to you rather than creating a duplicate.
When present, Archived Members and Archived Characters have a click to show control. Click again to collapse the list. Expanding a list does not restore any records.
The directory's Archived Characters section contains archived unclaimed characters. It is not a list of every archived character in the guild. For characters with an owner, check the owner's profile and its Archived characters section.

How do I open a profile or editor?
Click a member's name for Profile, Edit, or History. History opens audit events associated with that member.
Click a character's name for Profile, Edit, Wishlist & Loot, or History. Character History opens the audit log filtered to that character; it is separate from the profile's Raid History table.
Links and editing permissions are separate. Opening an editor does not grant permission to change another member or character, and loot locks still apply.
