Guild Recipes page

Summary

Open Guild → Recipes to find characters listed against a recipe. Use a quick filter or Search to narrow the list, then open a character's profile. This page includes known recipes and some received recipe items, so ask the owner if you need to confirm they can craft something.

What does each row show?

Each recipe item has one row. A character is listed once per item even if they have several matching records. Archived characters are omitted. The table's result count measures recipe rows, not characters or confirmed crafters.

This is not a complete profession database. It depends on what the guild has recorded. A name in Characters does not tell you whether the recipe was learned, merely received, or both. See Recipes for the distinction and how to maintain known recipes.

How do the quick filters work?

Click a label under Quick Filters to search the Recipe column for that word:

• Design, where available for the expansion.
• Enchant or Formula.
• Glyph, Pattern, Plans, Recipe, or Schematic.

These are name searches, not profession categories. For example, Formula searches for that word; it does not select every item usable by an enchanter. A quick filter can have no matches for your guild.

Choosing another quick filter replaces the previous one. All clears the quick filter, but leaves anything typed in Search in place.

The shortcuts use English words. If a recipe is not appearing under the expected shortcut, try All and search for its name directly.

How do I search for a recipe or character?

Type in Search to match text across the table, including recipe names, character names, and guild notes. Search works together with the selected quick filter, so a row must match both.

For example, choose Pattern, then search for a character's name to find matching pattern rows that include them. The other characters in those rows remain visible. Search filters whole rows, not individual names.

Put a phrase in quotes to keep its words together, such as "Mooncloth Bag". Without quotes, words can match different parts of a row. Search does not reliably correct spelling mistakes.

To restore the full list, click All and clear Search. There are no next-page controls; search covers the loaded table.

How do I sort the results?

The list starts in recipe-name order. Click Recipe, Characters, or Notes to sort by that column's text. Click again to reverse the order.

Sorting Characters sorts recipe rows by their character-list text. It does not sort by how many characters have the recipe or change the order of names within a row.

There are no column toggles, class or raid-group selectors, or received-date controls on this page. The roster's received-loot date preference does not limit this list.

Where do the links lead?

Click a recipe to open its guild item page, where you can inspect item information and guild notes.

Click a character's name to open their menu. Profile opens their character page; History opens their audit log. Edit and Wishlist & Loot lead to editors, where your normal permissions and locks apply.

An alt label identifies an alt. The colored circle represents the character's main raid group. These labels do not confirm current crafting availability.

What are the notes, and how do I change them?

Notes belongs to the recipe item for the guild. It combines the public item note and the written priority guidance. It does not display each character's recipe-entry note or the guild's officer-only item note.

To change guild item guidance, open the recipe's item page and use its permitted editing controls. To add or correct a character's known recipe, open their Wishlist & Loot editor and use Rare Recipes. See Guild item notes and Recipes.
