Summary

Click an item in your guild's loot table or roster to see who wants it, who has a prio, and who has received it. The page also shows guild notes and related items. Use the Wishlisted table to compare characters; its filters do not change the other sections of the page.

How do I open an item?

Open your guild's Loot menu, choose a dungeon or raid, and click an item. You can also click an item in the Roster page.

This opens the item in that guild's context. The public Loot Tables page links to an external item database instead.

At the top of the guild item page:

• Click the item name to open its external database page. Item stats appear here when available.
• Click a Source(s) link to open the guild loot table for that source's dungeon or raid.
• Click history to open the guild audit log filtered to this item. This is a log of recorded changes, not just a list of awards.

What do the guild notes mean?

If you have permission, click a pencil beside a field to reveal the editing inputs. Make your changes and click Save. Permission to edit item notes and permission to edit prio guidance are separate.

What does Character Prios show?

Character Prios lists characters ranked for this item, grouped by the prio's raid group. The number beside a character is their prio rank for this item, not the item's rank on their wishlist.

Click a character to open their profile. Hover over note to read the prio entry's note. OS means off-spec, and a crossed-out entry indicates a received marker or received date on the prio. The small time uses when the prio entry was added.

This section shows active characters and prios belonging to enabled raid groups. Guild privacy and display limits can restrict what you see. A configured display limit shows only the first few entries in each group for viewers without permission to see all prios.

To edit, click edit beside Character Prios and choose a raid group. This opens that group's prio editor for the item. The menu also offers Create New Raid Group. These links depend on your permissions.

What does Related show?

Related links items TMB has connected, such as a tier token and the armor received in exchange. Click a link to open that item's guild page.

It is not a list of recommended upgrades or every item for the same equipment slot. The small number counts linked rewards; a reward page can show zero beside Related while still linking back to its token.

Who appears under Wishlisted?

This table starts with active characters who have an outstanding wishlist entry for the item. For a token or quest item with linked rewards, it can also include characters who wishlisted a reward. The page does not load the entire guild roster.

Each row shows the character's lists, so you can compare this item with their other priorities and received loot. It does not show only the item you opened.

The page then checks the selected wishlist for the item's name or a linked item's name. It starts with the guild's current wishlist. Choose another list under Wishlist, or choose All, to compare other numbered lists.

Clearing Search removes only your search text. It does not remove this built-in item filter or bring in characters who were not loaded for the page. A reward page also does not automatically load everyone who wishlisted its parent token; the combined demand is shown on the token page.

The table's item matching uses names rather than exact item IDs, so similar names can match. Treat it as a comparison aid, and read the actual entries before deciding who wants which item.

Does the order tell me who wants it most?

The heading says ordered by who ranked it higher, but do not treat the row order as a guaranteed ranking for your selected list.

The initial order comes from the loaded wishlist entries. Combining token and reward demand can group characters by raid group before rank. Switching wishlist numbers filters the rows and changes their lists; it does not recalculate the order by the item's rank on that list. A character can also appear more than once when related demand is combined.

A small label above a character may show an item rank, wishlist number, OS flag, date, or note. That label comes from a saved entry chosen when the page loaded. It does not update to follow the Wishlist dropdown, and it may be absent for someone who only listed a related reward.

Read the item's numbered entry in the selected wishlist when comparing priorities. Wishlist rank shows what the player wants; it is not an instruction to award the item.

Which table controls can I use?

The table shares the roster's Search, Class, Role, Raid Group, Dungeon, and Wishlist controls. It also has column toggles, Hide received, Hide OS, list expansion, the wishlist layout switch, and Sort By Raid Count when attendance is visible. On this page, keep these differences in mind:

• The controls affect the Wishlisted table, not Character Prios, Related, or Have It.
• Dungeon hides items inside rows; it does not find additional characters who want this item.
• The loaded character details do not include the roster's member-name, Discord-username, or general-group membership fields. Do not rely on those searches or general-group matches here.
• There is no Received Loot Filter date control. The table loads these characters' received history without applying the roster's saved date cutoff.
• The number beside Character counts loaded rows, not necessarily unique people or the rows left after filtering.

If the section says nobody has wishlisted the item, there are no loaded matches to compare. If the table exists but has no visible rows, check the selected wishlist, Search, and character filters. Guild settings can also hide the whole section.

What does "Have It" mean?

Have It shows active characters with a received-loot or known-recipe record for this exact item. It does not confirm that they currently own or equip it in-game.

An entry shows OS when marked off-spec. Its date uses the received date when set, or the date the record was added otherwise. Multiple records can show the same character more than once.

This list has no date cutoff from the roster's Received Loot Filter. It also does not combine recipients of linked tokens and rewards. For example, a recorded token award does not prove the character received a particular armor piece.
