Summary

Open your guild's Roster → Roster to compare characters side by side. Each row shows one character and their loot lists. Use Search, Class, and Role to find people. Use Dungeon and Wishlist to choose which items to look at. These controls change the view, not anyone's saved lists.

What does each row show?

The roster includes active characters, including characters that have not been linked to a member. Archived characters are left out. One person can have several character rows.

An OS label means off-spec. A crossed-out wishlist or prio item has been marked received. That marker is separate from a record in the Received column.

Click an item to open its guild item page. Hover over note to read an item entry's note. The small time beside an item uses its received date when set, or the date the entry was added otherwise. Guild item tiers appear when enabled.

How do I find a character?

Type a character name into Search. You can also search by the owner's member name or Discord username, even though those fields are not separate visible columns. Search can match other text in the row, including items and notes. Hiding a column does not stop its text from matching.

Put a phrase in quotes to keep its words together, such as "Quick Strike". Without quotes, words can match different parts of the row. Search does not reliably correct spelling mistakes.

Use these dropdowns to narrow the character rows further:

• Raid Group: looks for the group among the character's main and general memberships. It does not limit their displayed prios or awards to that group.
• Class: choose a class.
• Role: choose a role, such as Tank, Heal, or DPS. This uses character roles, not Discord access roles.

These filters work together with Search. Choose the blank option in each dropdown and clear Search to remove them. The Raid Group selection is remembered in a browser cookie, so check it if characters seem to be missing on a later visit.

The number beside the Character heading is the total loaded roster, not the number left after filtering. The table has no next-page controls.

How do I show only items from certain dungeons or raids?

Open Dungeon and select one or more sources. All selects every listed source; Reset clears the selection and removes this item filter.

This hides items inside the rows. It does not remove characters who have no matching items. For example, choosing Molten Core can leave a character's Received cell empty while their row stays visible.

While a dungeon selection is active, the table expands the item lists and hides the show-more controls. Clearing the selection returns lists to their shortened view.

The current display controls can interfere with each other: showing OS or received-marked entries can reveal items outside the selected dungeon, and expanding lists can reveal entries hidden by another control. Check the visible items when combining these controls; the result is not a reliable filtered export.

How do I choose a wishlist or change its layout?

Use Wishlist above the table to choose one numbered or named list. All shows all numbered lists, with separate headings. An asterisk marks the guild's current wishlist, which is selected when the page opens.

Click the two-arrow icon beside the Wishlist column heading to switch between dungeon grouping and wishlist rank order. The initial layout follows the guild's display setting. Switching the layout does not change the saved ranks.

Choosing another wishlist only changes this view. It does not change the guild's current list or unlock it for editing.

How do I hide columns or shorten the lists?

Click Prios, Wishlist, Received, or Notes above the table to hide or show that column. Prios and Wishlist controls appear only when those features are available to you.

Long item lists initially show up to four entries. Click show … more under a list to expand it, then show less to shorten it again. Show all loot expands lists across the table; click it again to shorten them.

Two other controls hide entries within lists:

• Hide received hides crossed-out wishlist and prio entries. It does not hide the Received column or remove awards from history.
• Hide OS hides entries marked off-spec, including off-spec received loot.

Click either control again to show those entries. Expanding a list does not load older received loot beyond the date filter. Searching, sorting, or changing other controls can shorten expanded lists again.

What does the received-loot date filter do?

Set Received Loot Filter and click apply, or use 1 mo., 3 mo., or 6 mo. It limits the Received column without changing wishlists or prios.

This filter uses when the record was added to TMB, not when the item was received in-game. An old award imported today can appear in a recent-date view, even though the date shown beside the item is older.

The date is a saved viewing preference shared by supported pages. Clearing it and applying returns to the normal default window, not necessarily all-time history. Nothing is deleted by this filter.

How do I sort characters or compare attendance?

Click the Character heading to sort by name. Click again to reverse the order. The item-list and Notes columns cannot be sorted by clicking their headings.

When attendance is visible, Sort By Raid Count puts characters with more recorded raids first. This sorts by count, not attendance percentage. A label such as 12r means 12 raids; a separate benched count may also appear.

The Raid Group and Dungeon filters do not recalculate these attendance figures for the selected group or dungeon. See Raids and attendance for what attendance records mean.

How do I open a profile or editor?

Click a character's name to open its menu:

• Profile opens the character page.
• History opens the audit log filtered to that character.
• Edit opens character settings when you have permission.
• Wishlist & Loot opens the loot editor when that shortcut is available to you.
• The member's name opens the owner's profile, if the character has an owner.

Why is information missing?

Check your filters, hidden columns, shortened lists, and Hide OS or Hide received settings first. An empty cell does not prove that the character has no saved entries.

Guild settings can disable or restrict wishlists and prios. On this page, a prio display limit hides ranks above the configured number for viewers without permission to see all prios. Officer notes require permission and are hidden in Streamer Mode. Column toggles cannot reveal information you are not allowed to see.
