Roster Stats page

Summary

Open your guild's Roster → Roster Stats to compare how many items each character has received, wishlisted, or been given a prio for. Choose a view, narrow the results, and use Show items to see what was counted. These figures describe saved records, not equipped gear or who deserves the next drop.

Which view should I choose?

Each row represents one active character. Unclaimed characters can appear; archived characters do not. The buttons above the table choose how items are grouped.

Item Slots with Loot Type set to Wishlist counts all numbered wishlists. The separate Wishlist view counts only the current list. There is no wishlist-number selector on this page, so these two views can have different totals. Use the Roster page to compare a particular numbered list.

The selected view is included at the end of the page URL, such as #received. You can bookmark that view, but the link does not preserve every filter.

What do the numbers mean?

The bold number in a cell is the number of matching entries for that character. A dash means there are no entries counted in that cell. Total counts matching entries across the selected sources, rather than just one slot or dungeon.

These are entry counts, not counts of unique item names. Two recorded awards of the same item count twice. An item on several numbered wishlists can count several times in the Item Slots wishlist view. Prios for the same item in different raid groups can also contribute separate entries.

Dungeon columns use the item's source in TMB. They do not select awards by the raid event where they were recorded. With no dungeon selection, Total can include items outside the displayed dungeon columns.

Equipment slots describe the items, not what the character currently wears. For example, three received rings count as three Finger entries even though a character can equip only two rings. Weapon includes off-hand weapons; Offhand includes shields and held-in-off-hand items. Ranged /Relic groups ranged weapons, thrown weapons, and relics.

What does the average item tier mean?

When guild tiers are enabled, a cell also shows the average guild tier of its rated items. Items without a guild tier still count toward the bold item count, but are left out of the average.

For example, three entries rated 1, 3, and unrated give a count of 3 and an average tier of 2. If none have a tier, no average is shown. Letter-tier mode displays the result using the guild's letter scale.

This uses the guild's ratings. It is not average item level, character strength, or a loot-fairness score. The average in Total is calculated from the included rated entries, not by averaging the visible column averages. See Item tiers.

How do I see the items behind a number?

Click Show items above the table to reveal item lists in the slot or dungeon cells. Click Hide items to shorten the table again. Total cells do not have their own item list.

Click an item to open its guild item page. Lists can show its guild tier, OS for off-spec, and a crossed-out name for a wishlist or prio entry marked received. The time beside an entry uses its received date when set, or the date it was added otherwise.

Changing filters can rebuild the table and hide the lists again. If that happens, toggle Show items/Hide items again.

How do I narrow the characters shown?

Use Search for a character, member name, or Discord username. Search also matches other searchable row text, including hidden columns and item lists. An item-name search finds matching character rows; it does not recalculate their totals to count only that item.

Put a phrase in quotes to keep its words together, such as "Quick Strike". Clear Search to remove your text filter. Search is not a spelling-correction tool.

You can also choose:

• Raid Group: looks among main and general group memberships. It filters characters, not their awards or prios by raid group.
• Class: limits rows to a class.
• Role: uses the character's role, such as Tank, Heal, or DPS, not a Discord permission role. If you see two Role dropdowns, use the first; the second is a duplicate control.

These controls combine. Choose each dropdown's blank option to clear it. They do not change an individual character's item counts or recalculate attendance. The table shows its loaded results without next-page controls.

What does Dungeon Filter change?

Select one or more sources under Dungeon Filter. All selects every listed source; Reset clears the selection and removes the source restriction.

In Item Slots, this recalculates slot counts and Total using items from the selected sources. In the dungeon views, it narrows the dungeon columns and recalculates Total. Characters stay in the table even if they have no matching items.

Selecting All is not necessarily the same as Reset: All restricts items to the listed sources, while Reset also allows items outside that list.

What do Hide OS and Hide received change?

Hide OS removes off-spec entries from the calculations and item lists. Show OS includes them again.

Hide received removes wishlist and prio entries marked received from the calculations. Show received includes those entries again. This does not empty the Received view: actual received-loot records are separate from received markers on wishlists and prios.

Both controls can change counts and average tiers. They do not edit or delete any records. For off-spec details, inspect the individual OS labels; a missing small OS subtotal is not proof that no off-spec entries were counted.

Which date does Received Loot Filter use?

Choose a date and click apply, or use 1 mo., 3 mo., or 6 mo. This limits received-loot records in both Item Slots and Received. It does not limit prios or wishlists by date.

The filter uses when loot was added to TMB, not when it was received in-game. An older award imported today can count in a recent-date view even if its displayed received date is older.

This is the saved date preference shared with supported pages such as the roster. Clearing the date and applying returns to the normal default window, not necessarily all-time history.

How do I sort the table?

Click Character to sort by name, or a slot heading to sort by that slot's item count. Click again to reverse the order. Sorting uses counts, not average tiers.

Att. shows available attendance percentage, raid count, and bench count. Clicking its heading sorts by raid count, not attendance percentage. See Raids and attendance for the attendance rules.

Dungeon-column sorting currently uses the character's total count across the selected sources, rather than that one dungeon's count. Switching between Prios, Received, and Wishlist can also leave an earlier sort in place. Read the displayed counts rather than assuming row order always ranks characters by the selected column.

Changing Dungeon Filter, Loot Type, Hide OS, or Hide received rebuilds the table. Check Search, sorting, Notes visibility, and item expansion afterward, as these can reset.

Where can I find notes or edit a character?

Click Notes above the table to show or hide character notes. Officer notes depend on your permission and Streamer Mode.

Click a character's name for Profile and History. History opens their audit log. Edit and Wishlist & Loot appear when permitted, and an owner's name links to their member profile.

A view button or Loot Type option does not grant access to private data. Guild feature switches, privacy settings, and prio display limits can leave figures empty or incomplete for your account. See Guild settings and permissions.

There is no CSV button for this table's calculated view. The guild's Exports page provides separate exports with their own scope; see Exporting TMB data.
